Introduction

ReportBox is implemented as a solution based service in the cloud and is able to provide a hotline with the option to design a simple public-facing web form and include it on their website. All reports submitted by the public will be securely stored and the hotline can access and manage these reports through the ReportBox website.

Login

To access ReportBox:

1. Open a web browser and in the address line of the browser enter the URL : https://embed.rpbox.net/backend/backend/auth/signin
2. Type in the username and password that were provide to you by the INHOPE system administrator.
3. Click the “Login” button.

Creating a new report form

To create a new form, select “Forms” on the menu bar to open the page.
